Compare · ScooterBug vs us

ScooterBug alternative

ScooterBug is Disney's official Featured Provider, but the fine print costs you: you have to drive to Disney Springs to pick up and drop off, models are basic, and accessories are add-ons. Here's how we compare.

The catch with ScooterBug

ScooterBug replaced the old third-party "meet at bell services" model at Disney in 2022. They're perfectly fine as a rental — but Disney's rules now mean you have to pick up at their Disney Springs counter (or wait in line at select park entrances). If you're staying at Grand Floridian and want a stroller waiting when you arrive at 8 PM, ScooterBug doesn't work.

When ScooterBug is the right pick

If you're already going to Disney Springs on day one and want the absolute minimum booking friction, ScooterBug's counter is right there. For everyone else — vacation homes, non-Disney hotels, MCO arrivals, red-eye landings — a free-delivery independent like us is faster and cheaper.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use a non-ScooterBug stroller at Disney parks?+

Absolutely. Disney's rule change limited third-party in-room delivery for Disney hotels only — you can still bring any personal or rental stroller into the parks, including ours delivered to a non-Disney hotel or vacation home.

Do you deliver to Disney-owned hotels?+

We deliver to Bell Services at every Walt Disney World resort — that's still allowed. Your stroller is waiting when you check in.
