Disney's 31" × 52" stroller rule, explained
Since May 2019, Walt Disney World has enforced a strict maximum stroller size at all four parks. Here's what it means, which strollers pass, and what still trips people up in 2026.
The rule
At Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom, strollers must be no larger than 31" wide (79 cm) and 52" long (132 cm). Stroller wagons of any size are banned outright. Cast members measure at bag check if a stroller looks close to the limit.
Which popular strollers pass
- Baby Jogger City Mini GT2 (single) — 25.5" wide. Passes easily.
- Mompush Lithe V2 (single) — 20.5" wide. Passes easily.
- Mompush Lithe X2 (double, side-by-side) — 29.5" wide. Passes with 1.5" to spare.
- UPPAbaby Vista V2 — 25.7" wide. Passes.
- City Mini GT2 Double — 29.75" wide. Passes.
Which strollers fail
- Any stroller wagon (Keenz, Wonderfold, Radio Flyer wagons) — banned regardless of size.
- BOB Revolution Duallie — 30.5" wide, technically legal but often flagged.
- Homemade or modified strollers exceeding either dimension.
